  • 2 TBSP oat flour (ground up raw oats)

  • 1 TBSP coconut flour

  • 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl protein

  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup carrot puree (2 oz)

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/8 tsp ginger

  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 stevia packet

Mix it. So fancy right?
