Cheddar Protein Crackers

Serves: 2

In a magic bullet-esque thing of sorts, toss in the raw oats and 1 bag of protein chips. Grind those into a fine flour. Combine the flour with 1 scoop of unflavored protein powder, egg whites, salt, and nutritional yeast (optional but I recommend it because it adds more cheesy flavor). Mix it all really well; it should be extremely thick.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Spread your batter VERY THIN on top. Get it as thin as possible because thick won't crisp up as nicely. Bake at 425 F for 8 mins. Remove and cut into small squares. Place the squares back in the oven at 425 F for 10 mins, or until lightly brown and crisp!
