Chocolate Almond Cookies

Rule number 1: ice cream is always a great addition. Rule number 2: cookies. Just, cookies. Best part is this is all healthy HAYYYY. Today I made chocolate almond cookies and sandwiched two with some healthy chocolate Halo Top Creamery ice cream. Then I drizzled Rawmio Almond Silk on top (this stuff is so freaking heavenly I chug it). These cookies smelled like brownies as they baked it was divineeeee.   • 1 cup almond meal/flour
  • 1/3 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup stevia
  • 2 egg whites
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Mix all of your ingredients in a bowl. Once evenly mixed, roll into 12 balls, lightly pressing each onto a sprayed baking sheet. Bake at 350 F for 7-9 minutes.Eat. All of them. Jk. I think.Nutritional info for 1 cookie: 95 calories; 8 g fat, 5 g carbs (3 g fiber), and 4 g protein
