Chocolate chip peanut butter cookie drizzled with sugar free white chocolate and peanut butter - baked on periscope for allll to seeeeee. Add me if you want to see me very sporadically stream. That is all. GOODBYEEEEE.

Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookie 

Makes: 1 cookie

  • 2 TBSP oat flour

  • 1 TBSP peanut flour

  • 1 TBSP peanut butter

  • 1 TBSP liquid egg whites (15 g)

  • 1/8 tsp baking soda

  • 1 stevia packet

  • stevia-sweetened chocolate chips

In a bowl, mix all of your ingredients! I added about 1-2 TBSP of the chocolate chips. The more the merrier :D Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and put your cookie batter on it. Bake at 350 F for 8-10 mins. Whoop that's it!!
