I announced the winners of my quest nutrition giveaway on Instagram so check that out!! This ended up being a great birthday week. The sushi 4 times this week contributed hahaha. ️️I love my sushi :3 it always leaves me feeling so refreshed.

Chocolate Chunk Caramel Cookies

Serves: 1

  • 1 scoop salted caramel quest protein powder

  • 2 TBSP coconut flour

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

  • 3 TBSP liquid egg whites (or 1 egg white)

  • 2-3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 stevia packet

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 cocoa crunch Square Bar

Mix everything in a bowl except for the Square Bar! Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and dollop your batter to make 10 cookies total. Then break pieces off the Square Bar to place on top. Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes! That's it!! You could easily change the flavor of protein you use or you can add whatever toppings!
