Cinnamon Matcha Protein Waffle
The only two things I need to be happy: waffles and ice cream. Cinnamon matcha green tea waffles topped with healthy chocolate halotop creamery ice cream. I really wish matcha flavor was more prevalent in the US D; I find such neat matcha flavored things online that AREN'T in the US and it makes me saddddd. Come on, America. - 1/4 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor whey protein
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 TBSP matcha powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 stevia packets
Grind the oats into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and blend again. Spray a waffle maker, pour your batter in, and cook! Easy peasy.
