Dessert Pizza (vegan, gluten free)

Cut my dessert pizza into slices. Eat with a fork anyways. Makes sense. Dessert pizza with a chocolate toffee protein icing, cashew butter, strawberry rice cakes, granola, and cacao nibs!! SOO GOOODD.

Dessert Pizza

Serves: 1

  • 1/4 cup raw oats

  • 1/2 scoop Nuzest plant-based protein (7 g)

  • 2 TBSP unsweetened applesauce

  • 2 TBSP almond milk

  • 1 stevia packet

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Grind the oats into a flour. Then add the remaining ingredients and mix. Put in a mini pie dish sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 F for 12-15 mins. That's it!!

For the icing, I did 1/2 scoop vanilla Nuzest plant based protein, 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder, 5-7 English toffee stevia drops, and water to thin.
