Funfetti Mugcake
I reently bought the new Funfetti flavored whey protein by cellucor and immediately made this mugcake once it arrived. It smells just like Funfetti cake and TASTES LIKE IT TOO. I love it soo much.
Funfetti MugcakeServes: 1
- 2 TBSP coconut flour
- 1 TBSP corfetti whey protein cellucor brand
- 2 egg whites
- 1 TBSP plain Greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 stevia packet
Mix all of the ingredients. Pour in a sprayed mug and microwave for 1:30-2:00 minutes.For the icing, I mixed 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 scoop corfetti whey protein, and 8-10 stevia drops.
