Starting things off!

Hey! It's Kim! Welcome to my blog; I am so excited to get things started!Over the past year, I found myself progressing towards a dedicated, healthy lifestyle with initial intentions to lose weight. I lost ~65 pounds, but in the process I found a passion for healthy eating and I consider the gym my second home.Lately, friends and family have come to me asking for fitness advice or recipes of food I've shared on Instagram. I admit it, sometimes my own pictures make me drool. ;p  But sometimes I forget how I made something, so I figured what better way to share and save these creations (for friends as well as myself) than to create a blog of them all in one place! I'll also be answering any fitness-related questions and sharing a few bits of my daily life along the way.It's taken a lot of work and research on my down time to educate myself about food and fitness, and I just want to share and make it easier for others!
