Maple Balsamic Salmon
Dat salmon doe. Dinner: maple balsamic salmon + greennnnzz. My house smells sensational. I used pre-portioned fresh salmon and it was sooo good!! I've tried Costco frozen salmon before and it's always dry :/ but this was impressive. Convenience #holla.
Maple Balsamic Salmon
Serves: 1
1 portion of salmon (4-5 oz)
1 TBSP sugar free maple syrup
1 TBSP balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp rosemary
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp black pepper
1/8 tsp sea salt
Thaw your salmon based on the package directions. While that's thawing, mix all of the other ingredients in a small dish. Then, place your salmon in a small container and let it marinade in your mixture for 1-2 hours in the fridge.
Once marinated, heat the oven to 350 F. Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray and place your salmon on top. Bake at 350 F for 15-17 minutes, or until the salmon flakes. I also like to broil on high for 1-3 minutes at the end so that the top gets nice as CRISPY!
Enjoy!!!
