Orange Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Orange Cinnamon Overnight Oats


Serves: 1
  • 1/2 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp orange extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 stevia packets
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl or jar. Stir with a spoon and place in the fridge overnight so the chia seeds and oats soak up the liquid and get plump.In the morning, add sugar free orange jelly, natural almond butter, and a cinnamon crumble (1 tbsp coconut flour, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 8-10 stevia drops slowly mixed with 1 tbsp + 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk). Enjoy cold.
