Pumpkin Spice Cannolis

Okay the new quest nutrition protein powder needs to seriously be acknowledged for how THICK it is. I love THICK protein. This protein is a mix of casein and whey, meaning it's thick from the casein! I LOVE it! I'll be posting a full review soon! But for now. Pumpkin spice cannolis :DDD.

Pumpkin Spice Cannolis

Serves: 1

  • 1 low carb tortilla

  • 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt

  • 1/2 scoop vanilla quest nutrition protein powder

  • 2 TBSP pumpkin puree

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 stevia packet

Cut one low carb tortilla in half (I love La Tortilla Factory brand). Roll each half up, securing each with a toothpick. Toast them at 375 F for 7-8 mins until they are lightly brown and hold their shape when you remove the toothpicks. Then, make the pumpkin spice cream by mixing the remaining ingredients. Fill your baked tortilla wraps with it.

I topped them with excess pumpkin cream and some pumpkin spice cashew butter.

Nutritional Info: 243 calories; 3 g fat; 27 g carbs (13 g fiber), and 40 g protein
