Red Velvet Brownie Cup

I loved how simple this was and soo good for a brownie craving. Low carb and crazily filling.IMG_5682[1]Red Velvet Brownie CupServes: 1

  • 1 Chocolate Brownie Quest Bar
  • 3 TBSP plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 TBSP vanilla whey protein
  • 1 tsp CocoCardio
  • 1 stevia packet

Preheat the oven to 350F. Microwave the quest bar for 10 seconds. Flatten and manipulate to fit inside of a sprayed 4oz ramekin. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Let cool and pop out easily with a knife. Mix the plain Greek yogurt, vanilla whey protein, CocoCardio, and stevia packet. CocoCardio gives it the red velvet taste and color.
