"But eating healthy is hard," they said. To which I replied, "lol."Red velvet fudge crunch brownies. Uhhh yeah. Fudgey, gooey goodness with a crunchy topping accent. I didn't mean to eat 3 of them right out of the oven. But then I did. So. K.Between Jesse and I, these didn't stand a chance. We both loved these. They lasted less than 24 hours... They were even better cold today (didn't think it was possible) shoo fudgeyyy and delishhhusss.IMG_2644Red Velvet Fudge Crunch Brownies Makes: 9 brownies

  • 1 scoop red velvet whey protein (cellucor brand)
  • 3/4 cup granulated stevia
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1/2 cup CocoCardio
  • 1/4 cup chocolate brownie coconut butter (Sweet Spreads brand)
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 1 cocoa crunch Square Bar

In a bowl, mix all of the ingredients except for the square bar. For the CocoaCardio, I get mine on iherb.com - discount code "GIK407" gives $5-10 off. You could sub with unsweetened cocoa if you haaaave to but CocoCardio gives it red velvet color and flavor. Once mixed, spray a 8x8 baking dish with nonstick spray and pour your batter in. Then chop and crumble 1 cocoa crunch Square Bar on top for da cocoa and da crunch. Bake at 350 F for 24-26 mins. Cool and slice into 9 pieces. Then enjoy!IMG_2426
