Single-Serve Cookie Cake

  • chocolate chip cookie dough quest protein bar
  • 2 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg white
  • 1.5 TBSP coconut flour

Break apart 1 cookie dough quest bar and place it in a bowl. Add the unsweetened almond milk and microwave for 30 seconds. Mix/mash to break apart and dissolve the quest bar as much as possible. Add 1 egg white and stir more. Finally, add the coconut flour. Mix evenly. It’ll be moderately thick. Spray a ramekin or mini springform pan with nonstick spray and spread your batter inside. Bake at 350 F for 13-15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy!! Best with healthy ice cream of course.
