White Chocolate Raspberry Tart
This week I received a box of the brand new White Chocolate Rasperry Quest Bar from Quest Nutrition! I was sooo eager to try these out and couldn't be more thankful. I've said it before and stay true to my word when I say that Quest Bars are the only protein bar that I'll eat. So many other bars add sugar and other poor ingredients! But these are gluten free, sugar free, and crazy low carb. The first night they arrived I just had to have one for dessert! So. Dang. Good. White chocolate, hngggg. I still think that the chocolate brownie and chocolate chip cookie dough quest bars are my favorite flavors, but this one's up there! The raspberry flavor isn't too fake or bitter and the bar is soft without needing to microwave it at all. Wheeeee. I baked the bar to make a nice tart filled with a white chocolate "mousse" topped with some raspberries. If you haven't baked a quest bar before, you need to. It creates a crispy outer shell but keeps the center warm and chewy. Good heavens it's amazing.White Chocolate Raspberry TartServes: 1
- 1 White Chocolate Raspberry Quest Bar
- 2 TBSP plain greek yogurt
- 2 TBSP vanilla whey protein
- 12-15 chocolate flavored stevia drops
- Handful of raspberries
Preheat the oven to 350F. Then take your quest bar and flatten it out as much as you can. Push the flat quest bar into a small ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. Then bake it at 250F for 10 minutes. Make the mousse by mixing the greek yogurt, whey protein, and stevia. Place the mousse inside your baked quest bar crust. Then add some fresh raspberries on top! Enjoy your sweet treat :)
