Fudgey Wudgey was a square. Fudgey wudgey won't be shared. Fudgey wudgey wasn't fudgey, was he? NAWP. Because it's WHITE chocolate RED VELVET protein fudge!! Better than chocolate fudge if you ask me!! I dreampt of this. But only once I tasted it did I realize I underestimated how amazing this would turn out. So. Dang. Good. It's so good it's DANGEROUS. Like…. Pre teen female out to seek revenge on her ex boyfriend dangerous. Scary.

White Chocolate Red Velvet Fudge

Serves: 18

  • 2 scoops vanilla whey protein

  • 2 TBSP stevia

  • 2 TBSP sugar free maple syrup

  • 3/4 cup coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 scoop red velvet cellucor whey protein

  • 2-3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk

  • 2-3 drops red food coloring (Optional)

  1. In a bowl, mix your first 5 ingredients. It should be moderately thick, just keep mixing!! It will eventually be evenly mixed. Once even, separate the batter into two separate bowls.

  2. To one bowl, add the red velvet protein powder and the final 2-3 TBSP of almond milk. Don't add too much! You WANT it super thick! It's going to suck to stir but be patient. If you want, add red food coloring to enhance the color.

  3. Line a container with saran wrap (for easy removal later). I used a mini loaf pan and lined two separate mini loaves. Then add in your fudge mixture! Layer scoops of red & white to create a swirl effect.

  4. Once finished, freeze for about 90 minutes! After that, slice into 18 pieces total and store in freezer. Before eating, let thaw from freezer for 1 minute for it to be PERFECT!
