Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

I finally went to Sprouts and bought more halotop creamery healthy lemon ice cream. It's been way too long; I had missied ittttt DDD; It immediately went on top of blueberry baked oatmeal alongside sliced bananas, chia & hemp seeds, drizzled Superfood Rawmio almond butter, and melty sugar free milk chocolate. Plus my reflection in a blushing giraffe. Hot & cold & hot & cold &.

Baked Blueberry Oatmeal

Serves: 1

  • 1/3 cup raw oats

  • 1/3 cup blueberries

  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 TBSP coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1 stevia packet

Preheat the oven to 375 F. All ya gots ta do is mix all your ingredients in a bowl!! Pour in a ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 375 F for 25-30 mins! Enjoy!
