Black Forest Parfait

This parfait was one of my favorites to date! All of the flavors and textures combined very nicely :)IMG_5727Black Forest ParfaitServes: 1Chocolate overnight oats layer

  • 1/2 TBSP chia seeds
  • 1/3 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 stevia packets

Coconut chia jam layer

  • 1 TBSP chia seeds
  • 3 TBSP unsweetened almond milk
  • 15-18 coconut stevia drops

Others

  • 1/3 cup puffed millet
  • 3 TBSP sugar free raspberry jelly
  • 3 TBSP unsweetened coconut shreds
  • 1/2 chocolate brownie quest bar

To make the overnight oats, mix all of the listed ingredients and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The chia seeds will plump up and the oats will soak up the liquid and become soft. To make the chia jam, mix the listed ingredients and also let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next morning, assemble the parfait by putting in the chocolate overnight oats cold, puffed millet, sugar free raspberry jelly, the cold coconut chia jam, unsweetened coconut shreds, and the broken up chocolate brownie quest bar.
