Cinnamon Bacon Protein Donuts (+ Chocolate!)
Rise and shiiiiine - and smell the turkey bacon. Cinnamon bacon protein donuts topped with a healthy chocolate bacon drizzle. Okayden. Cinnamon Bacon Protein Donuts Makes: 4
- 1/3 cup raw old fashioned rolled oats
- 1 TBSP almond flour/meal
- 1/2 scoop cinnamon swirl whey protein (by cellucor)
- 2 egg whites
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 stevia packet
- 2 strips of turkey bacon
Grind the oats into a flour. Add the remaining ingredients except for the turkey bacon and blend again until smooth. Cut the turkey bacon into small pieces and cook. Add 1/2 to your batter and mix. Pour into a donut mold pan that's been sprayed with nonstick spray. It fills 4 molds. Bake at 350F for 10 minutes. Top with the remaining turkey bacon and a chocolate drizzle.To make the healthy chocolate drizzle, mix 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 TBSP + 1 tsp unsweetened almond milk, and 1-2 stevia packets.
