Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes

Cinnamon swirl protein pancakes topped with French toast cashew butter (sweet spreads) and sugar free syrup. Strawberries for giggles since I'm brownfoodclub-ing so hard lately. ️️ These are just the same as the peanut butter pancakes I posted recently, but with a different flavor protein powder! I can't stop making them lately! It's cool because they're like. 90% protein and just 245 calories. First time making them as little pancake rounds but thisssss is a winner. I like this.

Cinnamon Swirl Protein Pancakes

Serves: 1

  • 1 scoop cinnamon swirl cellucor protein

  • 3/4 cup liquid egg whites

  • 2 tbsp coconut flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

Just blend everything! Let sit 5 mins. Cook in a sprayed pan on medium until each side is lightly browned! Fluffy and yum.
