Onion Garlic Chia Seed Flatbread
I made something so different than I've ever made before! Onion garlic chia seed flatbread! I toasted it then topped with smoked salmon and chives. Soo good; I can imagine serving it as an appetizer at a party!Onion Garlic Chia Seed FlatbreadMakes: 9 slices
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup instant oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax
- 1/4 cup sunflower kernels
- 1 whole egg
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- and black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350F. Add all of your dry ingredients to the bowl and mix evenly, then add your egg and water and mix! Line a 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray. Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes. Slice into 9 pieces.I then sliced them thin in half and toasted them like shown.
