Quest Bar Pumpkin Pie

Dessert :D. Such pumpkin. Many autumn. Very white girl. Wow.

Quest Bar Pumpkin Pie

Serves: 1

  • 1 cinnamon roll quest bar

  • 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 TBSP pumpkin purée

  • 1/2 scoop cinnamon whey protein (15g)

  • 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 1 stevia packet

  • 3 TBSP plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 tsp sugar free white chocolate pudding mix

  1. Microwave 1 cinnamon roll quest bar for 8 seconds to soften.

  2. Spray a small ramekin with nonstick spray and mold your quest bar inside to create a crust. Bake at 350F for 8 minutes.

  3. Mix 2 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, 2 TBSP pumpkin purée, 15g cinnamon whey protein, 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice, and half of a stevia packet. Place inside the baked quest crust.

  4. Mix the other half of the stevia packet, 3 TBSP plain Greek yogurt, and 1 tsp sugar free white chocolate pudding mix. Place in the crust on top of the previous layer.

  5. I topped it off with pumpkin pie spice and sugar free chocolate.
