It was like the heavens were singing to me. I shed a tear of joy and pranced in my kitchen. • 3/4 cup raw old fashioned oats
  • 1 can black beans (1.5 cups rinsed and drained)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 banana (60 g)
  • 2 scoops red velvet whey protein (cellucor brand)
  • 3 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 TBSP stevia
  • 1 TBSP vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Blend all of your ingredients together so it's smooth! It helps to grind the oats into a flour first; it's more fine. Spray a 9x9 baking tray with a nonstick spray. Pour your batter in. Bake at 350 F for 25-30 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, it’s done! Let cool, slice into 9 brownies, and enjoy!Nutritional info for 1 brownie: 105 calories; 1 g fat, 16 g carbs (4 g fiber), and 11 g protein
