Sweet Balsamic Chicken Pita Pizza

This was the last dinner in the apartment; Jesse and I moved into a home! This was one of those other dimension meals. Pita pizza topped with shaved asparagus, balsamic glazed peaches, lavender goat cheese, lemon garlic chicken (baked with Flavor God seasoning, more on that later), and dried cranberries. K I was drooling sooo hard. So yeah about that Flavor God. I was harassed by instagram followers and friends to try this seasoning XD. I was so hesitant because it's expensive  and I have too many seasonings already... BUT. 1 - the bottle is huge. 2 - each bottle is made fresh before shipping. 3 - no msg or fillers. 4 - ITS FREAKING DELICIOUS. Idk how it tastes so special over other seasonings but it really does. Worth the moneyyyy. So...thanks y'all for harassing me?...XD Anyways, make dis make disssss.IMG_4633[1]Sweet Balsamic Chicken Pita PizzaServes: 1

  • 3 oz raw chicken
  • lemon garlic seasoning (Flavor God brand)
  • 1 low carb pita (Joseph's brand)
  • 3 asparagus spears
  • 5-6 peach slices
  • 2 TBSP balsamic vinegar
  • 1 oz lavender goat cheese (Cypress Grove brand, Purple Haze flavor)
  • 1 TBSP no sugar added dried cranberries (no sugar Eden Organics brand)

Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray. Coat your raw chicken in lemon garlic seasoning. Place on the baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. While that's baking, use a peeler to shave your asparagus. Place on top of your low carb pita. In a pan, cook the peach slices with balsamic vinegar until "glazed" and soft. Place on top of your pita. Also add the goat cheese and cranberries on the pita (I use Eden Organics no sugar added cranberries from iherb.com. Use discount code GIK407 for $5-10 off an order!). When the chicken is finished baking, cut up and place on the pita. Bake the pita pizza on a baking tray at 350 F for 7-9 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the pita has a slight crunch.
